This owner wants me to get a gift card to put money on it for a rental property when he lives 5 min. Away from the property and does not wat to meet up at the property so this leads me to believe this is a scam or fraudulent advertisement and or owner

Sarasota guy, works with Feds, (maybe undercover mostly) no bullchit, if you're some kind of violator, criminal, you might want to stay clear.. not a local cop though, lives in Sarasota and Manatee county, not Tampa
