Citi Commerce is totally unscrupulous. I closed my account with Home Depot. They charge 30% per year.
Think twice before you charge at Home Depot. They (Citi Commerce) will call you at any hour. I was never late. CitiCommerce double bills. They insinuate you have to pay the entire payment otherwise you will be marked late. I am reporting them under the FairCreditReportingAct.
I had an account with Home Depot, now being handled bt Citi Commerce. They are double billing, marking me late when I wasn't. They call at all times. Account number with Home Depot is6035 3202 3396 2016. Oh, by the way, the interest is 30% per year. YES 30%. They promised to reduce and they DIDN'T.
Calls multiple times within a few minutes. Doesn't leave a message, and does this several times throughout the day. It has become a nussance, and they need to quit calling my phone entirely! I have reported them, and will continue to take furthur action if the calls do not stop!!!

Kevin Blue promised me an SUV too. I filed a complaint with the Federal Do Not Call registry. Major scam alert, the recording claimed to be responding to MY CALL. Never heard of these guys before.
This agency is brutal. If you don't pay them what they want they won't make an agreed judgement with you. They tell you anything that you pay will be applied yet I paid 40 bucks before court and the day of court it wasn't applied. I am now paying directly to the courts to make sure it is APPLIED. They can't do anything further as long as I pay something.

This Number just called asking for a friend of mine. When i said he wasn't here and asked who was calling they hung up. DO NOT GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFO!!! I have seen on several websites that this phone number is Phishing for personal info (ie. Credit Card numbers, bank account numbers...etc.)
Called my wife several times and was informed each time that it was a wrong number. Asked not to call again and they still called several more times. Called their office and they denied calling more than once and stated her number had been removed from their list. Hmmm, we shall see!
This 67 Year old lady has not learned any phone courtesy in all her years. She called my cell phone and I missed the call. Her number was registered and I called it back 1/2 hour later, though I didn't know the number. Speaking to her I gave my name but she would not say who she was and was very disrespectful as I was trying to let her know that she may have made a miss-dial. She was nasty, did not let me speak to clear up the info and hung up on me. Not Nice.
You installed hardboard siding on our home in 2004. Now the siding is having problems. The caulking is separating at almost all seams on north side of house and some on the other 3 sides. The siding is also bulging in some places. What is the guarantee of this product which we believe should be at least 10-20 years, if not more.
