This # was listed to cancel an order from Home Income Profit Systems. The charge your acct something different than what you thought you were to pay then deny any charges. Also charge your acct an additional 79.99 unauthorized of course and deny you even having an acct with them, so they cant cancel from # on that specific pg and say to call # on bank statement, which is the # listed above. No answer and on hold now for over 53 mins. Occasionally an operator will come on and say current hold time down to 4 mins from 32, then goes back up to 11 mins from 4 mins. Im am severely irate!!!
Called my office and stated he was Andy Vargas from the law firm in California, a coworker took his number down and he said that XXXXXX (my name) has a pay day loan, and my coworker said "do you realize that your are calling a business and you don't know who you are talking to?" He said "yes, we can do that. You are her employer and we are calling to notify you that she has a payday loan and it concerns her paycheck." Same day, at home, I have a message from another Andy Vargas with a thicker accent and he's yelling "do not ingnore this phone call." "Return the call." "If you do not return the call I will wish you good luck with what will come down on you." Do these idiots honestly think that we believe a real attorney would talk to someone like that? Especially the first phone call. Wish he would call back, I'd like to blow an air horn in his ear! I called my attorney, this is definitely a scam.
The male caller, asking for Mike, has been calling my cell phone since shortly after I received the number in December 2008. After telling him, there is no Mike at this number he still calls and he still leaves messages for Mike. I want him to stop calling my cell phone number looking for Mike.
The person at this number called me threatening me about something on her "account".
rnI have no idea who this person is. She identified herself as "Shay Shay".
rnShe left me a voicemail and when I returned the call there was no answer.
rnI understand that it may have been a mistake on her part, however she has no business calling anyone and leaving threatening messages in the first place.

This number has been sending foul and threatening text messages to my daughter's phone. Whom ever this phone belongs to will be receiving a call from the Midalnd Texas police department.
I get a phone call from this number at least once a day, every day since about the middle of May 2010. They NEVER leave a message. One day I got tired of it and answered the call. After saying "Hello" twice with a pause in between there was complete silence. I hung up after 15 seconds (being fearful that I could be "charged by the minute".) Oh, and my phone number is on the National Do Not Call list. Apparently this company/person thinks they are special and don't have to obey the law.
The person who is calling me lives in Waterford, Mi, and two of my friends have also received calls from this number.

calls all the time with a recorded message. sometimes the message asks for me and sometimes it asks for other people. i call back and there is no answer.
This company calls and does not leave messages. They call at all sorts of odd hours. I've read about them and they appear to try and collect on canceled insurance policies. The company sounds like a scam. They do not obey any basic collection rules and they do not communicate or provide proof when asked. I will suggest the FTC, Attorney General and BBB launch an investigation.
This number calls me twice daily. I've had similar experiences as the others who've posted here: Answered with no response, numerous calls at all hours, and the Carmen Electra recording thing. This last time was especially great; I answered and the man on the other end said that I had given them a deposit over a year and a half ago. I told him that I didn't recall that and he insisted once more. I agreed with him to see what he wanted and he responded with "Okay then..." and hung up. The next day the calls started again.
I received 3 calls from wierd numbers. This was the last number to call me. First from 21358653285 then from 85699654072 then finally from this number. all three times no one would speak.
The phone call came to my cell phone. It was a recorded message telling me that my Yakima Valley Credit Union credit card was closed due to a problem. I don't have an account with them. I called the bank and they were aware of the scam.
