This number called me and I missed it (must have hung up after first ring). I called back and it said that this is a Travel Related Call and they would call back shortly. To be removed from their list, press "1". Naturally, I didn't press it.
I did a reverse phone number look-up, and found that"(206) 462-1796 is a Cell Phone and not available", and that it's in Seattle, Washington (I'm Canadian--206 area codes mean little to me).
Call me when you get a chance. I have you off for Monday and Tuesday. The meeting was very important and you just completely didn't show up. That isn't like you and I couldn't just do nothing about it. You are always very dependable and the one time I needed you there the most...you didn't show up. That sucks, Cedrick. :( Call me as soon as you can. David
Called and left message 3 times in less than 10. When I checked messages, they didn't leave anything. I called the number and just got a couple of beeps. When I looked online in my account the number was listed as 999-999-9999
Two calls to my cellphone at 1am, waking up both me and my roommate. Answered the second time and the line connected and there was breathing, but no answer to my very angry "Yes?" Googling the number sends me to an "L. K. Wood Realtors"
Edit: 4 times. The first and last were almost immediate hangups, but the second that I actually picked up was a definite person.
Didn't say much... They called at least 7 times in a row and didn't say anything. I called them back and a man was being completely ignorant. I believe it's a telemarketing scam, but I am not sure. This number should be deactivated.
I keep getting phone calls from this number looking for "Gusto" ? The first time I picked up and said "Wrong number" The other person said OK, then he called again after I hung up. We picked up 2 more times and I let my husband answered. But he kept calling. So I just ignored it but in the last 1/2 hour he's called probably 10 times.
He even left a voicemail which I don't understand. 2 weeks ago the same thing happened, and when I said "Numero equivocado" - which I looked up online, the person laughed at me.
Called and said they were calling from driverloans.com. Asked not to be called again and kept calling and asked for social security numbers and other personal informaton. Next time I'm not going to be so nice
Calls and leaves annoying beep at 3am in the morning. It's a landline fron Teleport communications, Wheeling IL. but who are they and what are they calling for? Thanks
"I just received a live call on my cell phone. The nice lady identified the company as ?Cardholder Services? and we went back and forth on the name of the company before I understood it was not only the kind of company but also the name. They will lower my credit card interest rate to 6.78% if (a) currently above 10% and (b) have valid debt over $4000 and (c) have active credit balance. We spent time discussing my meeting the qualifications. Then she wanted my credit card account number. I said I?ll be glad to call them back or sign up on the web but to me they are just a phone call and I don?t know who they are."
Do Carpet Cleaning services have a special exemption from the Do Not Call registry? This time the robo call came from 702-642-0337 asking me to phone 702-787-3098 to get my carpet cleaned. Their web site is acs702.com and I am reporting them for violating the Do Not Call registry.
BEWARE! Unsolicited sales call from Southland Technologies who is supposedly a DISH Network retailer. I ordered DISH Network service from them, but when I called back with a question, nobody answers the phone. I've tried mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays and weekends.

So, it's fairly obviously a scam.
