I live in New Jersey - USA and I received a scam call from this number. The woman told me she was from Windows and my computer is downloading malicious software. The caller ID showed Sherbrooke, QC and the number 819-565-0024. Just wanted you to know that his number is being used for a scam.
I have gotten at least 6 calls from this # today and many in the past week. This is not in number in my contacts and the caller never leaves a message on my answering machine.

Automated message left on my voicemail told me my Xcel account was being cancelled for non-payment, and that my service would be turned off. I don't have an XcelEnergy account.
Emailed letting me know they wanted to refund me for a service I paid for but did not use. This is the phone number associated with the email. The email address it came from was coolenheryan736@gmail.com.
Quote message I received, "You need to set aside your work. The very second you hear this message you need to dial 1 to be connected to a Federal Agent. If you do not, we will be forced to take Legal Action against you in this case."
Fraud!!!
