The caller ID says DELL COMPUTER, always busy,
or disconnected Number, I am located in
Vancouver Washington and had a brand new
laptop stolen from me, 75 years old and living
in a retirement Hotel. I am annoyed by too
many people calling and asking for donations..
This person has been calling me and my family members non-stop pretending to be from the IRS and asking for personal information. If we say no they threaten to have us arrested. This has been going on for weeks. It first started with me then my family started getting harassed. It is always the same voice, sounds like a young guy. No accents or distinguishing features but its always the same man's voice.
Recorded voice message stated " failure to call back or respond to this message will result in a failure to appear". That is the complete message. Never identified themselves or stated why they called.
