I get calls at all ties of the day fro this number and several other from the same area. They never talk when I answer. They just hang up and it’s very annoying
This is the second time in 2 months I received an email confirmation that my Verizon bill has been paid. I don't have Verizon. This number is on the confirmation. Thank goodness not my banking information.
The caller ID says DELL COMPUTER, always busy,

Vancouver Washington and had a brand new
laptop stolen from me, 75 years old and living
in a retirement Hotel. I am annoyed by too
many people calling and asking for donations..
This person has been calling me and my family members non-stop pretending to be from the IRS and asking for personal information. If we say no they threaten to have us arrested. This has been going on for weeks. It first started with me then my family started getting harassed. It is always the same voice, sounds like a young guy. No accents or distinguishing features but its always the same man's voice.
