I returned call and the answering machine stated caller not available. I looked up on a couple of reverse searches and it showed landline in Boardman, OR and a cell phone in Eugene, OR. My guess is you don't want to answer.

An unwanted call from this La Crescenta VOIP number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public.

This predator has been outed as a home energy scammer, sadly just one of thousands. AVOID THIS SHYSTER!
