Claimed to be IRS filing a lawsuit against us. Very alarming until we realized that the IRS would send a letter notifying of audit before they sued anyone. Besides, RS doesn't call anyone.

In my voice mail a recording said "If you dont return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either then the only thing I can do is wish you a good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Goodbye"
They call (never rings, just goes to your voicemail) and say that they are an agent of the IRS and you should call them back immediately or they will "pursue action" against you. You can't call back, though.
They keep calling me and when I answer they hold for a few then hang up without answering. When I call back I am told the call cannot go through as diale.
I received a voicemail directing me to call this number. When I call, I get a voicemail stating the number I have called is 310-270-0416 and to leave a message. The original number that called me is a known scammer, and that number is 800-730-5613.
Received automated message about reducing credit card debt, I am on the national do not call list. I chose option 9 to speak with a live representative. Got a man, told him I am on the do not call list and want my number removed from their database, he hung up on me.
continuing to call again recently. Two years approx. i got scammed into paying 600. for a florida cruise that I never did go on. first they said did life get in the way that you never used your voucher before it expired... and started to talk about new vacations. I told them I wasn't interested and after 4 different calls I told them they were harassing me and if they didn't stop I was going to get the police involved. They then said that I owed them money what I bought. I told them I didn't buy anything and hung up. The battle continues...
