Left no voicemail message

Claimed to be IRS and threatened a law suit if I did not return their call.

This number calls me 4 to 5 times a day. I usually don't answer, but the 2 times I have I got a man with a thick accent saying something about a loan, the 2nd time no one there after a couple seconds I heard 2 loud beeps and could then hear people in the background but no one spoke on the phone. I hung up.

Calls and either doesn't talk or just laughs

This was "Broker Match" calling about lowering my mortgage rates. Um, I don't HAVE a mortgage. Anyway, I played along as I ALWAYS do, and the operator assured me that I would receive offers from brokerages soon. Less than 5 minutes later, Quicken Loans called from Detroit. 25 minutes later, after getting zero results for my credit score ("Wow, weird - I'm going to have to contact tech support...") using my (completely bogus) SSN, he promised to contact me again. Cool - in the meantime, I filed a complaint with the BBB, against Quicken Loans, for violating the law by disregarding the National Do-Not-Call Registry. Actually, this is the SECOND complaint I've filed with the same office for the same issue. The first time, they promised it wouldn't happen again. If you don't like these calls,in violation of the DNCR, you might want to let Quicken Loans know how you feel...

This person, and another person who's number I also added keep calling my cell number, and asking for Jess, or Steve. I've told each caller a number of times, for a number of years now, that this is MY phone number now. (name withheld) And that this has been my number for over five years, so stop calling! One of the callers claimed to be the girlfriend of the cell phone that I answered, and that she was coming right over to kick my butt. Not to mention the drunken calls that I get in the early morning hours after the bars close.
