this phone number was used to change my paypal account and listed as the primary number for my paypal account. I had 4 charges totaling $1700 charged today, 7-30-13. So beware of this phone number. I am in the process of trying to find out to whom this number belongs and god help them if I find out.

The person using this number is involved in scamming unsuspecting victims, using the name Joseph. He supposedly sent a cashier's check for $3000 more than our vehicle was selling for on a local online sales site. When questioned, he stated his secretary had made a mistake, using very poor grammar...almost as if he wasn't English speaking. We told him we were no longer interested in selling and he ignored us, telling us the check had arrived and he would like the balance. It did not arrive, but we are looking forward to when it does, so we can provide it to the authorities!! It's a scam. And we intend to combat it!
