I bought an LED monitor from this guy on Craigslist, just to get home and plug it in to find out that the screen is completely broken internally. I contacted him and he seemed very willing to refund the money, but it has been months and he has still not mailed me a cent.

I called the number back and it's a landline. The voicemail answers Education Authority.com I have no business with such a company so I assume this is telemarketing as I receive a large volume of telemarketing calls on my new number.

In trying to locate who this call was from, one site said it was highly SPAM....all I got was someone asking for me by name, then the connection dropped. When I called back I was told the caller was unavailable. Just concerned as to who has this number.
