Say I need to pay over 1,000- dollars to have a winning package delivered to me by a couirour. Ihave to pay for this special service. I check and there is no such office and the # was registered by the name of Simon Wil or His name was Steve Ross.
I called them today, after I had missed their call, it took me two calls before I got connected to a machine I could not understand, it seems like a scam. They say I have a rebate. I don't. However press 2 and you will be placed on their do not call list.
Some person called me but refused to tell me information on what it was regarding. Wanted to know my name and if it matched what she had down in front if her. ..I said No you called me what's it regarding first then she hung up. I think it is sooo rude when a person calls and the first thing they wanna to verify the name of the person they're calling to match up. Sorry I don't verity anything until you tell me who you are "Stranger".. I say that's a scammer fraudster trying to get information.
I keep getting calls from this number saying I am facing possible litigation and I need to call within 48 hours to prevent further action and everytime I call back I get a message that they are experiencing unusual high call volume and to leave a message and they will get back to me. I can't not find any business named county arbitrators and when I look this phone number it comes back unlisted. Are they scammers???
Jackass called me at 8:00 at night asking to talk with me about my BGE bill. Sure, I'll give personal information to a completely random stranger who calls me out of the blue without identifying himself. Why can't these people just earn an honest living?
Just strange, I will Block this caller from any further attempt
to peddle his B.S. Would advise anyone who's reading this to DO-
the same thing. WE, don't have to put up with unwanted calls.
It's called: Call Screen *60 or *80 Have a wonderful day & a quiet phone.
Called for previous owner to renew Mazda extended warranty. However previous owner did not have this phone number, so they looked up phone number via our address instead. We've had fraud alerts on our credit accounts recently because someone in CO stole our credit card number, had our names, etc. I wouldn't have worried but the caller just hung up after I told him it was the previous owner instead of saying "I'm sorry ma'am" or another polite phrase.
Whomever uses this number lets it ring once then hangs up. When I call back it says to leave my name and number, and they will call me back - without identifying who they are. If and when they call back I get the same thing. This is affecting my minutes on my cell phone plan.
This number calls my home at least once everyday. Always before 9am, and often in the evening too. I have answered, only to get hung up on. If I don't answer, many times the caller lets my answering machine fill up with no message. These calls have been going on for several months.
Called my cell phone first. After I didn't answer, sent me the following text:
"I called your phone but u didn't answer *GODHASOURBACK*." Then 41 minutes later sent me another text:
"Hello *GODHASOURBACK*".
I don't know who this is, & frankly, I find it a bit creepy.
Got a text message with a photo attached, kind of a sexy mega-flirt, but a bit outrageous. I don't know where he got my cell number from, I don't have it posted on the web, signed it "Greg."
This number keeps calling my cell phone...almost everyday. She is saying I'm calling her and the last time she called, she cussed me out. I do not know this women nor have I ever called her except to find out why she keeps calling me.
