I am receiving calls from this number as well as 3 other numbers offering to lower my interest rate. I get them almost daily and the numbers all come from differnt area codes. When I try to call back it says the number is not in service. I want these calls to stop!

I got a call from this number yesterday. I did not recognize the number, so I did not answer. It is a robo call since it went into voice mail, and, although the voice mail was cut off, the part of the message that did get through said press 9 to be placed on our do not call list.
