Called me 10 times in a row. Would not leave a message. I couldn't answer the phone so I text back for them to leave a message or I was available for text.
Tried to get a credit card number for 3 pizzas we 'ordered' (we didn't order anything) from Tony's Pizza that were out for delivery. Said there was a problem with the card we provided and demanded we give them info to pay for it. We asked them for the address they were delivering to and they deflected the question and would not answer. Kept insisting we have to pay and they needed a card.
I think he was trying to get my credit card number.
he said, something about business listing with Google. But I don't believe it. I think it was a scam.
They just call and hang up. You call the number back and you are placed into some queue and nobody ever picks up. This is a marketing firm trying to sell security alarm service. They call from different phone numbers/area codes
This fella named brian called me as well. I filed complaints with D.C. Attorney General as well as with the U.S. Attorney General. Save the voice mails. What this person is doing is a felony.
First the person asks for my wife. Then after finding out she is not there the caller asks to know if my wife or anyone in the household has diabetes. After finding out no, the caller then asks if we have prescription and/or medical insurance. I answered yes after which the caller thanked me for my time and hanged up. Very strange. Did this person get my personal info from the State health exchange web site I filled out?
